He gave me a number of options to consider, as the property I was selling needed a lot of work doing. I instructed Carl that day as I had full confidence in him, and I wasn’t wrong, within a few days he arranged for a prospective buyer to view the property which then lead to a offer being made and after a little negotiating a price was agreed for the property. "Shocking experience with Fraser St james .I put my house on the market with this agent they found me a buyer Three months down the line they decide to tell me our buyer does not have a deposit to complete the sale just shocking.A agents job is to make sure buyers have deposits in there banks when putting offers in on houses but this agent doesnt do there job proper all iv ended up with is a massive solicitors bill caused by Fraser saint james not doing there job proper in the first place ."

"Not a good experience as a potential tenant. After being promised first refusal to the first property the agent didn\'t turn up to the viewing and office failed to inform us, then he rushed to the viewing that we took time from work for, we applied and it was taken off the market, it took 2 days for Fraser St James to confirm why - that the landlord had referred someone himself - didn\'t make much sense as he is paying FSJ for this service but oh well, we had already seen a new property after asking a few times if it allows pets, once to be ignored & once told probably and given false hope we went to view a new house, not wanting to waste anytime we applied, everytime we wanted an update we had to contact FSJ - no one was in touch ever, calls were not returned, we went through the whole application process, got work reference\'s arranged guarantors the whole lot, to wait a whole week to be told \"actually the landlord wont accept pets\" I will avoid this company in the future and if you are a tenant I would strongly advise you do the same."
