National estate agents Purple Bricks have failed to reach an agreement with allAgents over poor reviews on the estate agent review website, according to Estate Agent Today. The disagreement began as Purple Bricks disputed the accuracy and source of a series of customer reviews.

In a statement passed to Estate Agent Today, allAgents said “allAgents can confirm that at 2.30pm today, we withdrew from our talks with Purplebricks regarding the negative reviews hosted on our website and the suspension of their account. A more detailed statement will be released in the next few days.”

allAgents is considered by most to be the most credible and popular review website solely for estate agents. Estate agents are reviewed by their customers and are ranked in order of ratings.

Purple Bricks disputed the legitimacy of many of their negative reviews on their website, resulting in AllAgents suspending their account in September for what it described as "repeated threats of legal action forcing the removal of negative reviews from our website”.

Many agents rely on both allAgents and TrustPilot for their reviews, however, due to their poor rating on allAgents, Purple Bricks have resigned to promoting only their TrustPilot rating.

Carl King, Director at Fraser St James commented "You won't find any false or bad reviews about Fraser St James on all agents, in fact, you won't find any bad reviews at all on either allAgents or Trustpilot! So If you want an agent who delivers great service at unbeatable fees, then please talk to us."
